With a rich slightly smoky taste, it remains a favorite of home growers and specialty markets. A decent provider at a smaller size for an indeterminate vine, it provides well up until midsummer or until the cold if grown in fall if the climate allows.

Sowing Instructions:
Start indoors/greenhouse 5-6 weeks before last frost date in soilless starter mix. just cover seeds and keep moist at 75-90 days for germination in 7-14 days. cold temperatures slows down germination significantly. transplant to 4″ pots when true leaves show and safe to work with. transplant to full sun location in rich humus filled soil when last frost date passed and plant 3-4″ tall. space 2-3′ apart and keep evenly moist and fertilized.
