These sunflowers are known to attract many hungry birds and busy bees while they’re in bloom, which usually consists of bright yellow outer petals, contrasted against a smaller ring of deep red petals, giving the appearance of an eye. However Tiger’s eye sunflowers are known to bloom in a variety of combinations of yellows, oranges, and reds.
