Tall and stunning, the bright yellow and deep red Tiger’s eye sunflower is a great addition to any bright sunny spot in the garden. These sunflowers are known to attract many hungry birds and busy bees while they’re in bloom, which usually consists of bright yellow outer petals, contrasted against a smaller ring of deep red petals, giving the appearance of an eye. However Tiger’s eye sunflowers are known to bloom in a variety of combinations of yellows, oranges, and reds.

Growing Instructions:
Sow the “Tiger’s Eye” seeds about 2 inches deep, immediately water after planting so the top several inches of soil feels moist.
keep in mind sunflowers can’t compete well with weeds for water and nutrients so be sure to weed weekly)
Insert a 5-foot stake 10 inches into the ground if the sunflowers begin to lean or the heads droop, you can tie the stalk to the stake using twine or garden tie.
Sun flowers love the sun, and can handle mesic watering conditions.

    These grew huge. I’ve never grown sunflowers so I was surprised at these and how fast and tall they grew. Damn near 7-8 ft rn and the colors match really nice with my house
